Employee Screening a Priority

Employee Screening is quickly becoming a top priority for Human Resource Managers. The reality is that durg usage has always been a problem in the workplace, but today the legal woes that follow are too much for corporations to handle.

This has created an entire new market for PI businesses like Capital Securities and Investigations, LLC. We have taken drug screening and incorporated it into a customized employee screening program that offers a wholistic view of the process. It encompasses resume screening, employment screening, drug testing, and accident investigations.

This type of approach to employment screening allows a Human Resource Department to perform their duties and not become a staffing agency. It reduces turnover along with the cost of training and processing new hires. moves the liability from a company.  Also, it removes liability of the employer to the investigation firm. It is a win for everyone!
